According to "French protests against gay marriage bill", BBC reports that there are more than 70 thousand French including Catholic group and other backers of traditional family rights have protested against same-sex marriage law which President Francois Hollande promised to change the law and the parliament will be debate in January. It also says that the Pink shirt protesters in Paris gave the reasons why they have opposed that unsuitable law are members in family should contain mother, father, and children and same-sex marriage is not nature.
It is difficult to judge that which one is acceptable and this is the reason why our society are separated obviously into two sides which one is the opponent and another is the supporter. In Thailand, although the same-sex marriage has not approved yet, there are some argument about this kind of marriage. It might be because Thais mostly are Buddhists, numerous distinctions are peacefully exist over the country.
Personally, same-sex marriage might increasingly shake the balance of the world population;however, it is their rights to do anything they love and it does not step across other's rights.

I like your idea that "same-sex marriage might increasingly shake the balance of the world population" This is because currently there is an imbalance between female and male.
